Health and Safety 

By registering for any Creative Escape’s workshops, classes and open studio sessions you must agree to follow the health and safety guidelines in the studio at all times. 

Please wear comfortable "work" clothes, with full closed toed shoes, long hair tied back, and no scarves or sleeves that could present a hazard. If you wear reading glasses please remember to bring them along with you. 

While working in the studio it is understood that there are risks that arise from using, handling and being exposed to hand tools, power tools, sharp instruments, torches of extreme heat, toxic materials, and chemicals with potential risk not being limited to this list.  All tutors in the studio will prepare you with instructions on how to handle tools and chemicals correctly along with the proper safety equipment necessary while engaging in your chosen activities at Creative Escape. 

Creative Escape has the right to remove any participant from the studio, without refund, who is not following our health and safety guidelines, who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is a danger to others in the studio. 

Creative Escape undertakes no direct legal or financial responsibility for your personal safety, well being, personal injury, loss and/or damage of personal property, including any claim or liability arising from the negligence on behalf of Creative Escape, my instructor or any person on the premise, in the course of my participation in any activity while being on Creative Escape’s premises. 

Cancelations and refunds

If you need to change the date of your workshop we can try to accommodate if sufficient notice if given.  Please email info@creative-escape-studio.com no later than 7 days prior to the workshop date.

Cancelations may be made up to 7 days in advance of your workshop date for a full refund.  

Unfortunately, if you need to cancel your place less than 7 days before the workshop no refund or transfer can be made. 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances including illness or lack of numbers we reserve the right to cancel or move the workshop. All workshops are limited to 4 participants and a minimum of 2 participants are needed to make a class.  Participants will be notified as soon as possible to offer an alternative date or refund - it's your choice.
